Is it a scam?
The short answer is no. To verify your identity, we only require a standard phone number. We will never ask for your Roblox account details. To ensure you receive your items, please follow the "How to Claim" instructions carefully; orders that remain unclaimed after 7 days will be automatically refunded. For peace of mind, you can view our live "Proof of Sale" screenshot tracker in the Discord.
How do you restock?
Regarding the rumors of "stolen" or "hacked" items: this is completely false. Our inventory is built through legitimate, high-volume trading. I utilize an automated notification system across multiple Jailbreak communities to connect with players looking to sell their items—typically veterans who are quitting the game and looking to cash out. Every deal is negotiated and completed fairly before the items are added to our restock.
How long does my order take?
Once you have completed the "How to Claim" steps during our active hours, orders are typically fulfilled within 30 minutes. To check when our team is online, please refer to the "When are claim hours?" tab.

Will I get banned?
It’s important to stay informed: using third-party marketplaces does go against Roblox’s Terms of Service. While JBStars has a 0% ban rate and we take every precaution to keep our buyers safe, we believe in 100% honesty. There is always a theoretical risk when trading outside of official channels, though we have never had a single customer penalized. Please note that while this is against platform policy, it is entirely legal.
Are the items duped?
Please note that while active duping is a thing of the past, legacy duped items still circulate. At JBStars, we filter our restocks to ensure at least 75% of our inventory is verified "clean." If you happen to receive a duped item and would prefer a different option, please contact us for a swap, a value-match add-on, or a refund.
How to Claim Your Items!
Follow these super easy steps!

Purchase Items
Once you have purchased an item click the small navy box on the bottom right of the screen.

Getting In Contact
Click on either "how do I claim my items?" or write a message. Once in type your Roblox username and order number e.g. 1500.
3
Trading The Items
During claim hours you will be added by "Upercoll" on Roblox. You will join trade and I will personally join you and trade purchased items.
